**UPDATE**
I just tested mundane, it's not worth a video.
Scaling with your lowest stat, is still the same amount.
But ! : Santier's Spear and Avelyn lose instead of 50% basedmg, 85% basedmg!
Dagger or Black Dragon Greatsword still lose normal the 50%.
So it seems that Fromsoft only gave the weapons that are hated the most "community complaining" an additional downscale basedmg of 85% !
How i calculated : An exact calculation is not possible for me, because i don't know the "algorithm", but i can compare, like you just saw, with 1.05 and 1.06.
First i checked if the infused weapon without buff lost for any reason damage, but it didn't.
If i done 500 dmg in 1.05 and just 400 in 1.06 then,
500 = 100%
400 = x %
(400x100) / 500 = 80 %. 100% - 80% = 20% nerf.
